Dan was simply amazing. There were several issues with my treadmill due to the white glove delivery and assembly. I was contacted by Spoked Wheelz and an appointment was set for me for one of the bigger and more dangerous issues. Dan was early to the appointment which was great, and we went over the issues and the main problem he was there for. When he was finished, I came downstairs to a completely reassembled treadmill. He went above and beyond and fixed every single issue. He took my treadmill completely apart and in the process found several more issues that I would have never noticed until it broke, which would have been inevitable and sooner rather than later. I have been bragging about Dan to my family and friends ever since he left my house. I could not be more happy with his service. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Dan has been to my house several times over the last few months to get my treadmill back up and running. He went to bat for me to get the company to help with the replacement parts. He didn’t stop until the job was complete and done. I appreciate him so much! My machine is FINALLY working after over a year of non-use.
